causa and efecto was a group exhibition organized by gallery owner and international art collector, Ms. Nina Menocal in August of 2004. Galeria Nina Menocal is a commercial art gallery in the heart of Colonia Roma in Mexico City. I was invited to show a series of digital prints capturing and illustrating the performance, 'woman willing to defend her hotel'. A small dvd player was also installed at eye level on the far wall of the gallery space that presented the video from this performance outside of Hotel Isabel in the Zocalo district of Mexico City in 2003.
